Purpose. To develop a system for assessing liver function in patients with cirrhosis according to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) gadoxetic acid. Material and Methods. Data from studies of 74 who underwent abdominal MRI intravenous acid (GA) enhancement were analyzed. For statistical analysis the data, two groups formed: group 1 (n = 22) comprised unchanged parenchyma, normal function, benign tumors; 2 52) cirrhosis, presence regenerative and/or dysplastic nodes, hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The following quantitative parameters studied assess groups: relative (RE), contrast index (CEI), liver/skeletal muscle (SM) index, liver/spleen liver/kidney histograms (AH), scale (FLIS). Results. criteria functional deficiency based on calculated data agent transport accumulation decrease FLIS total score 4 below, RE values below 0.85, CEI 1.38 sensitivity specificity 100 75%, liver/SM indices 0.350, 0.750 81%, respectively, cirrhosis. Conclusion. developed using FLIS, intensity matching (IMA), AH GC comparison METAVIR allowed assessment 100% 80%, respectively.
